Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of relevant experience as a Program Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Program Coordinator.
• Experience tracking deadlines and time-sensitive data, including familiarity with programs/platforms such as Excel and Google Suite.
• Experience writing polished and professional communications for clients, partners, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage court-ordered inpatient competency evaluations and restoration treatment, ensuring timely submissions.
• Review and interpret court orders, seeking clarification from courts as needed.
• Coordinate with multiple agencies and provide support to the Director and Administrative Supervisor.
