Job summary

Heather's House in Fargo, ND is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse for 12-hour night shifts on an inpatient unit. The role coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to assess, manage symptoms, and provide end-of-life comfort, with a focus on presence and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• RN license in ND; MN license or willingness to obtain dual licensure
• BSN preferred
• Minimum 1 year hospital staff nurse experience or 2 years healthcare experience
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to provide compassionate hospice care

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient nursing care to hospice patients in coordination with the IDG
• Perform assessments, symptom management, and end-of-life comfort
• Collaborate with IDG to develop and update plans of care
• Document thoroughly and ensure timely charting
• Support patients and families with compassionate care and education
