Job summary

Heather's House in Fargo is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our hospice inpatient unit. You will provide compassionate personal care to patients as directed by the plan of care, assist with nutrition, and support comfort measures in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities include safe patient transfers, vital signs, and timely charting per regulatory requirements; you will report to the Interdisciplinary team (IDG) and work a 2:30pm–11pm shift with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Must be a CNA providing personal care to hospice patients as directed by plan of care.
• Able to safely transfer patients, take vital signs, and complete charting on time.
• Team player with initiative to learn and dependable.
• Full-time role; shift 2:30pm–11pm, every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene care and assist with nutritional needs.
• Provide comfort care and other needed assistance.
• Safely transferring patients and maintaining accurate charts.
• Report to the Interdisciplinary team (IDG).
