Tufts Medicine Lowell General Hospital and LGH Cancer Care Associates are seeking a full-time Inpatient Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our collaborative team caring for hospitalized patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions.

This role focuses on comprehensive inpatient care in a hospital setting, working with Hematology/Oncology physicians, hospitalists, nurses and other clinicians to evaluate, manage, and coordinate care for patients, ensuring safe and timely

Competenze

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of hospitalized patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions.
• Conduct inpatient rounds and collaborate with Hematology/Oncology physicians and other care team members to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate diagnostic evaluations, consultations, and treatment plans with appropriate hospital-based specialists and services.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, symptom management, and ongoing care needs.

• Coordinate diagnostic evaluations, consultations, and treatment plans with appropriate hospital-based specialists and services.
• Collaborate with nursing, pharmacy, case management, and other healthcare professionals to support safe, effective, and coordinated patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, symptom management, and ongoing care needs.
