Job summary

Corewell Health’s Cancer Care Service Line seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to support Hematology and Medical Oncology in an inpatient setting at Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. This per diem position involves 6-hour weekend shifts with occasional consultations at Blodgett Hospital.

The role requires licensure as a PA-C or NP (MI) and Master’s degrees in respective programs, plus national certification and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as indicated.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited PA program with licensure in Michigan.
• Certification as PA-C or NP and national certification where applicable.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP or equivalent as required.
• Experience in hematology/medical oncology and inpatient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in hematology/medical oncology in an inpatient setting.
• Work 6-hour weekend/holiday shifts in a per diem role.
• Collaborate within Oncology - Medical Group West to support patient treatment plans.
