University Hospitals is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to support inpatient hematology/oncology consults at UH Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby and UH TriPoint Medical Center in Concord Township. Candidates should have an accredited PA or NP background, master's degrees, and licensure in Ohio.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited PA program is required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current Ohio PA/NP licensure and national certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessment and assigns diagnosis using current data and research.
• Establishes and implements care plans per care paths and standards.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to provide patient care.
• Provides staff education and supports professional development.
• Maintains PHI security and complies with UH policies.
