Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Middleborough is seeking a full-time Psychiatric Therapist to deliver group and individual therapy on inpatient, residential, and partial hospital units. You will facilitate groups using CBT, ACT, MI, and DBT within a collaborative team and work with the Unit's Group Therapy Coordinator.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's and Master's in a related field, 1–2 years of therapy experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field and Master’s degree in related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of group and individual therapy.
• Licenses/credentials: licensure preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and/or individual therapy on inpatient units and related programs.
• Assist in assessment, evaluation, and development of group therapy programs.
• Maintain documentation and comply with hospital procedures.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and unit leadership.
• Participate in rounds, meetings, and training as required.
• Report to program lead for supervision and performance review.
