Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in related fields.
• 1-2 years of group and individual therapy experience.
• Licensure such as LICSW/LMHC preferred.
• Experience with Epic and Office software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and/or individual therapy to clients as assigned.
• Interventions should be structured for the specific clientele.
• Set up before and clean up after the group sessions.
• Support the Group Therapy Coordinator in assessment and program development.
• Maintain a non-judgmental environment for client processing.
• Document inpatient group forms within established time parameters.
• Provide consultation and evaluation to clinical teams.
• Alert staff to emergent clinical issues during sessions.
• Contribute to the Group Resources Manual with updates.
• Participate in rounds, staff meetings, and committees as time allows.
• Report to the program lead for supervision and performance review.
