Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a behavioral health professional to provide assessment, crisis intervention, and counseling for patients with mental health and substance use disorders. You will work with families and a PHP team to develop treatment plans and run psycho-educational groups.

Education requirements include a Master's in Mental Health & Behavioral Medicine or Social Work, with 0-1 year clinical experience in a medical setting. Onsite role at 57 Highland Avenue with 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

Education: Master's Degree in Mental Health & Behavioral Medicine or Master's in Social Work.
Clinical experience in a medical setting required (0-1 year).
Licenses/credentials: clinical experience and appropriate licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

Provide assessment and treatment planning for patients with mental health/substance use disorders.
Perform crisis intervention and individual behavioral health counseling.
Collaborate with outpatient treaters and PHP multidisciplinary team; run psycho-educational/support groups.
