Endeavor Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA) for the Inpatient Department of General Surgery in Chicago. The role involves night-shift, 12-hour blocks (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.), with weekend and holiday coverage as required, in a hospital setting.

The PA will assess, diagnose, and treat diverse general surgery patients, assist in operations, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. IL PA license, DEA, and BLS CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed PA in Illinois with DEA registration.
• Master’s degree required for specialty area.
• BLS/CPR for Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care for general, urology, and vascular surgery patients.
• First assist in emergent operations and cesarean sections.
• Prescribe therapies and manage patient progress in hospital setting.
