Job summary

Qualifications

• Master of Physician Assistant Studies required.
• Massachusetts PA license required.
• Surgical experience in Otolaryngology or pediatric setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rounding with senior team members in AM and PM.
• Handling floor work and patient discharges.
• Seeing inpatient, ICU and ER consults.
• Admitting patients from ER, clinics and operating room.
• Collaborating with ORL attendings, fellows and residents.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and issuing medications.
• Assisting in the operating room as needed.
• Participating in ORL department educational meetings.
• Working four 10-hour shifts weekly on the Boston campus.
