Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient data and develop care plans.
• Provide direct care and manage assistants involved in patient care.
• Collaborate with patients and healthcare teams to document care plans.
• Evaluate patients’ responses to interventions and adjust care plans.
