Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• BSN preferred.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) served.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance, quality initiatives and evidence-based practice.
• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans; collaborate with care team.
• Adhere to safety culture and document accurately in EHR.
• Provide age-appropriate patient care and respond to changing needs.
• Possibly float to other units to meet clinical needs.
