Job summary

Sodexo seeks a part-time Registered Dietitian (24 hours/week) for McLaren Flint Hospital in Flint, Michigan. This inpatient role offers health benefits, PTO, some remote flexibility, and professional fee reimbursement.

The salary range is $56,270 to $72,820 per year, with growth opportunities via Sodexo’s Career Ladder. Requirements include a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s (eligible before 2024), RD/RDN eligibility, state licensure, and 0–3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics or related field with required coursework and supervised practice per ACEND guidelines.
• Or, for those eligible prior to 1/1/2024, a Bachelor’s degree meeting ACEND requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nutrition care for patients as part of the Nutrition Care Process (assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, and evaluation).
• Act as a nutrition resource for patients and staff; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling and training to patients, healthcare staff, students, and foodservice teams.
