Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Austell, GA is seeking an Inpatient RN to provide direct patient care across dialysis modalities in collaboration with hospital staff. Qualifications

• RN with at least 1 year experience required.
• Minimum 6 months nephrology or Apheresis experience to work independently.
• Strong assessment and time management skills.
• ICU experience is preferred but not required.
• BLS CPR required; ACLS preferred.
• Certification in Nephrology or Apheresis encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across dialysis modalities.
• Supervise PCTs and clerical staff; educate ICU staff for CRRT.
• Document treatments and patient responses in medical records.
• Coordinate with physicians and hospital staff to align care plans.
• Perform safety tests and ensure proper machine operation and disinfection.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training.
• Report incidents per Adverse Event Report requirements; on-call as needed.
