Fresenius Medical Care Indy North Acutes in the Indianapolis area is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse (CAP 1) for inpatient services with dialysis training provided. This full-time role offers 36–40 hours per week across rotating shifts, with coverage for area hospitals in Northern Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in all states in which he or she is employed.

Responsibilities

• Performs assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients.
• Delivers and coordinates clinically competent care including data collection and documentation in patient records.
• Collaborates with health team and delegates tasks to other care staff as appropriate.
• Directs and provides safe, effective patient care for prescribed dialysis procedures.
• Participates in staff training, education and quality improvement activities.

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Current appropriate state licensure
