Fresenius Medical Care Indy North Acutes in Northern Indianapolis is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse (CAP 1) to join the inpatient nephrology team. This role includes paid dialysis training within a hospital setting and a full-time schedule of 36–40 hours per week with rotating shifts.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, coordinate with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and PCTs, participate in teaching and quality improvement activities, and advance through CAP requirements.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure to practice nursing.
• Current or successful CPR BLS Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients.
• Document patient data, adjust treatment plans, and notify the physician and team as indicated.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments and self-care.
• Coordinate communication with health care team and facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Direct and deliver safe, effective patient care for all modality procedures as prescribed.
• Participate in staff training, orientation and on-call rotation as required.
