Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• CPR BLS Certification.
• Entry-level RN with less than 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provides and coordinates clinically competent care for assigned patient group including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Documents patient data and treatment plans; adjusts as indicated in collaboration with the care team.
• Educates patients and families about treatment and care needs.
• Ensures safe, effective care and escalation of adverse events as needed.
• Coordinates communication with dialysis providers and facility staff to maintain continuity of care.
