Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Kaiser Baldwin Park Hospital seeks an experienced dialysis care technician to join the hemodialysis health care team. You will support patient care under RN supervision, assist in equipment setup, and monitor treatment parameters to ensure safe, effective dialysis therapy.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and a valid PCT or CMS certification. Travel between facilities may be involved; the position offers a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid PCT national certification or CMS state-specific certification required.
• 1–2 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under RN supervision in the acute setting.
• Set up and prime dialysis equipment as directed by the Fresenius Nurse.
• Record vital signs and treatment parameters accurately.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to RN.
• Ensure safety alarms and device settings are correctly configured.
• Assist in cannulation, treatment initiation, and termination per protocol.
