Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid PCT national certification or state CMS certification.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care under RN supervision in the acute setting.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
• Assists in meeting productivity goals and participates in QA activities.
• Sets up and primes dialysis equipment per nurse directions.
• Records vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters accurately.
• Assists with cannulation and monitoring under supervision.
• Maintains accurate documentation and reports unusual findings to RN.

Education
