Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Dialysis Technician to join the team in Marietta, GA. You will assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, monitor patients during treatment, and help maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment.

You will document treatment data, follow physician orders, and participate in CQI activities while collaborating with RNs and other staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated patient care experience or training.
• Knowledge of dialysis safety protocols and quality practices.
• Ability to follow physician orders and clinical directions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patient vital signs and treatment parameters during dialysis.
• Maintain a clean, safe dialysis environment and proper infection control.
• Record treatment data and report changes to the RN or supervisor.
• Assist with patient education and transitions of care as needed.
