Carilion Clinic in Roanoke is seeking a Radiologic Technologist Inpatient Two Skills to perform multi-modality imaging with CT experience preferred. ARRT registry or registry eligible is required, and BLS-HCP must be current.

This full-time role shifts include daytime and evening hours, with on-call and holiday shifts as needed. The position involves operating specialized imaging equipment, patient preparation and safety, and collaboration with the care team to ensure high-quality images for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology or other imaging specialty required.
• ARRT registry or registry eligible required.
• Additional modality-specific certifications may be required based on assigned area.
• Life Support: AHA BLS-HCP required; ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required based on unit.
• Strong interpersonal and technical skills; flexibility to perform multiple modalities.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-modality diagnostic imaging procedures to support patient care.
• Operate imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Prepare and position patients to ensure safety and image quality.
• Administer contrast media as required for procedures.
• Maintain compliance with imaging policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to support patient care.
• Participate in training and orientation of students and staff.
