Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Experience: CT experience strongly preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: ARRT registry, registry eligible; CT registry within 2 years of hire date.
• AHA BLS-HCP required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT and radiology equipment to obtain quality images.
• Perform IV contrast injections as required.
• Schedule and register patients; maintain patient files.
• Ensure safety, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
• Train students and staff as assigned.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to plan care.
• May provide care at other Carilion facilities.
