Job summary

The role includes intake assessments, case management, and developing treatment plans with client participation.

The counselor will work within the organization's clinical design, ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory bodies while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• LADC I or CADAC certification preferred.
• Minimum of one year supervised counseling experience in addiction treatment or related field.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Basic computer skills to use electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling and case management.
• Perform intake assessments and complete required documentation.
• Deliver services in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical design and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and revise treatment plans with client participation.
• Interact professionally with clients, families, staff, vendors, and regulators.
