BJC Health/Saint Luke's seeks an Inpatient Coding supervisor to oversee the Inpatient Coding staff and ensure adherence to guidelines. You will provide coding education and maintain compliance across policies.

RHIA, RHIT, or CCS certification is required, with 3M360 and EPIC experience preferred. Eligible candidates should have 3–5 years of coding leadership and an associate degree in health information management or related field.
