Job summary

BJC Health/Saint Luke's seeks a supervisor for the Inpatient Coding staff to lead day-to-day coding operations. You will provide coding education, ensure adherence to guidelines and policies, and mentor staff toward accurate, compliant documentation.

Required RHIA/RHIT/CCS certification, 3–5 years of experience, and familiarity with 3M360 and EPIC preferred. This full-time, on-site role supports facilities across multiple states including Texas.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in inpatient coding supervision.
• RHIA, RHIT or CCS certification required.
• Associate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inpatient coding staff and manage daily operations.
• Provide coding education and training and ensure guidelines compliance.
• Monitor performance and ensure accurate, compliant documentation.
