Job summary

Saint Luke's Health System is seeking an experienced Inpatient Coding Supervisor to lead the inpatient coding team, provide education, and ensure adherence to coding guidelines and policies.

Required RHIA/RHIT/CCS certification and 3–5 years of related experience. 3M360 and EPIC familiarity is preferred. This is a full-time Day position based in the United States, with supervision of coding staff and ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of inpatient coding experience.
• RHIA, RHIT or CCS certification required.
• Associate degree in Health Information Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inpatient coding staff.
• Provide coding education and training.
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and policies.
