Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate assignment of diagnoses and procedures based on regulations.
• Review coding-related denials and identify root causes.
• Conduct coding audits and support internal and external reviews.
• Deliver coding and documentation training for staff.
• Provide statistical reports and compliance data to management.
