OU Health is seeking an Inpatient Coding Auditor to work from home, focusing on complex inpatient coding quality reviews across the HIM Coders department. The role supports DRG validation, pre-bill reviews, and ongoing training integration within the auditing team.
The ideal candidate has experience in inpatient facility coding auditing, RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CPC/CIC certifications, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Candidates must reside and work full-time in AR, KS, MO, OK, or TX before their first day of employment.
This position may be filled as levels I, II, or III, depending on individual experience, education, certification(s), and business need.
Ideal candidate will have experience in complex inpatient coding at an academic medical center.
Performs other duties as assigned
HFMA CRCR required within 6 months of hire.
