BJC is hiring for an Inpatient Coder II. Must have 2-5 years of inpatient coding experience. This is a part-time position.

Role Purpose: The Inpatient Coder II assigns diagnosis and procedure codes for inpatient encounters, adhering to all regulatory guidelines, demonstrating knowledge of complex medical and coding concepts.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 2-5 years
Supervisor Experience: None required
Licenses & Certifications: Certification or license in relevant area (CCS, RHIA, RHIT)
Experience of 5-10 years in the field is preferred.
