Qualifications

• At least five years of hospital coding experience, including inpatient coding.
• Ability to work under time and productivity constraints.
• Knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Code and abstract inpatient medical records accurately.
• Consult with physicians to clarify documentation.
• Participate in Abstract Peer Review to verify accuracy.
