Job summary

TriState Health in Clarkston, WA is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) for part-time, on-site work. Under RN supervision, you perform direct patient care and assist with dressing, bathing, and eating.

The role supports physicians and nursing staff, documents patient interactions, and coordinates duties at the nurses’ station. Requires a WA CNA license and BLS card; acute care experience is a plus. This position offers benefits and a collaborative team in a valued community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant license required.
• Current American Heart Association’s BLS certification card on hire.
• Previous acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assists patients in dressing or undressing, bathing, or eating.
• Collects non-invasive body fluid specimens or gathers vital signs.
• Aids physicians and nursing staff with procedures as needed.
• Documents patient interactions and coordinates the duties at the nurses' station under the supervision of the Charge Nurse.
