State of Michigan seeks a Clinical Social Worker to provide services in inpatient psychiatric and developmental disability programs. You will coordinate treatment, collaborate with psychiatrists, and deliver individual and group therapy, psychosocial assessments, and discharge planning.

Requires a Master's in Social Work and Michigan licensure; experience levels for CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER 9/10/P11 vary, with background checks and background investigations standard. Location: Caro, MI.

Formación

• Possession of a license as a limited or full master's social worker in Michigan.
• Clinical Social Worker 10 requires one year of professional experience providing social casework and treatment services equivalent to a Clinical Social Worker 9.
• Clinical Social Worker 11 (P11) requires two years of professional experience providing social casework and treatment services equivalent to a Clinical Social Worker, including one year equivalent to a Clinical Social Worker 10.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional social work services for individuals in the hospital's inpatient psychiatric or developmental disabilities programs, including acting as a Treatment Coordinator.
• Write, in collaboration with the team psychiatrist, NGRI and IST Reports, as required.
• Provide individual and group therapy; function as Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program (PSR) group leader; complete psychosocial assessments, progress notes, and discharge planning documentation; provide discharge planning services to individuals, their families, and referring CMH agencies.
