Job summary

You will mentor staff, coordinate services, ensure safe, cost-effective medication use across age groups, participate in rounds, and lead quality initiatives. Travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Minimum 3–5 years progressively responsible clinical pharmacy experience; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care as an inpatient clinical pharmacist specialist (~50% of time).
• Supervise 15–20 FTEs of inpatient clinical pharmacist specialists (~50% of time).
• Coordinate and oversee pharmacy clinical services and formulary management.
• Mentor and coach staff; participate in rounds and education activities.
• Ensure compliance with standards of care, regulatory requirements, and safety.
