Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a full-time inpatient clinical staff pharmacist in Burlington, Vermont. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team and participating in activities like antimicrobial stewardship, medication safety, and monitoring patient therapies.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical pharmacist experience in a health system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and evaluate the validity and safety of medication orders and prescriptions.
• Integrate core clinical pharmacy knowledge and order review activities.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and educational activities.
• Precept pharmacy residents and students.
• Assume leadership responsibilities when needed.
