Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist or eligible for reciprocation within 90 days of hire.
• For immunizations: BLS certification and Board-approved immunization course or certification within 90 days.
• ACLS or PALS Certification within one year of hire.
• Board certification is preferred.
• Post-graduate training (PGY1, PGY2) or 2+ years of post-graduate experience preferred.
• Inpatient experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational pharmacy services across inpatient settings; chart review and medication order verification.
• Pharmacotherapy evaluation and support of daily pharmacy operations in inpatient settings.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize therapy.
• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding checks and support infusion center operations.
