Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist to ensure safe, effective medication use across clinical and distributive functions in our inpatient setting. You will review orders, supervise compounding, and educate the care team while supporting department operations and regulatory compliance.

KRMC is a 235-bed, not-for-profit community hospital with a broad range of pharmacy services and a focus on patient safety and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a Pharmacy Doctorate Degree.
• Licensure in Arizona or eligibility for Arizona licensure.
• PGY Residency Program or Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify medication orders for appropriateness and safety.
• Supervise sterile and non-sterile compounding.
• Conduct medication history reviews and provide drug information to the care team.
• Support disease management and promote medication adherence.
• Coordinate workflow, staffing, and supervise pharmacy personnel; manage formulary and inventory.
