Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center seeks a Clinical Pharmacy Manager to assist the Director of Pharmacy in overseeing clinical activities across acute and critical care. You will supervise pharmacists and staff, serve as a drug-information resource, and participate in performance improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership, residency training support, and ensuring safe, cost-effective medication use within a growing not-for-profit hospital in Mohave County, AZ.

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. from ACPE-accredited school.
• Licensed in Arizona or eligible for licensure; BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years hospital pharmacy experience with acute/critical care focus; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for clinical pharmacy operations in acute and critical care settings.
• Mentor and develop pharmacists and technical staff to promote clinical excellence.
• Serve as a drug information resource for medical, nursing, and ancillary staff.
• Participate in hospital committees, performance improvement initiatives, and educational programs.
• Manage clinical schedules, budgets, and staff competencies.
• Contribute to formulary management, pharmacoeconomic reviews, and P&T Committee activities.
• Support residency and student training programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote safe, cost-effective medication use.
