Qualifications

• CT Pharmacist license required.
• PharmD degree required.
• Board certification preferred.
• ASHP residency or 3–5 years hospital experience required.
• Two years hospital pharmacist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal drug therapy for patients in the clinical specialty.
• Provide educational activities to pharmacy staff and caregivers.
• Ensure safe and cost-effective drug therapy; report to Pharmacy Manager.
