Job summary

Logan Health in Kalispell, MT seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to join the inpatient hospital pharmacy team. You will evaluate orders, provide pharmacotherapy recommendations, monitor pharmacokinetics, and document interventions within the EMR.

Qualifications

• PharmD from an accredited College of Pharmacy or equivalent clinical experience.
• Active Montana Pharmacist license required.
• Strong data entry, analytical and math abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and verify orders for therapeutic appropriateness and dosing.
• Provide pharmacotherapy recommendations to stakeholders and document interventions.
• Perform daily review of pharmacy reports and pharmacokinetic monitoring as applicable.
• Assist in teaching and precepting pharmacy students; participate in projects and quality initiatives.
