Job summary

Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, MT seeks an experienced Pharmacist to supervise inpatient pharmacy operations and lead technicians. You will ensure training, competency development, and adherence to DEA, DSCSA, sterile compounding, and documentation standards.

The role includes scheduling, process evaluations, and occasional shift coverage to support safe, high-quality medication use. Hospital experience and Montana licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist graduate with ACPE-accredited degree and pharmacist license.
• Experience leading pharmacy staff in inpatient setting preferred.
• Knowledge of DEA, DSCSA and regulatory compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise pharmacy technicians, oversee orientation and competency.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Develop schedules, education, and performance growth plans.
• Manage department operations, budgeting and data reporting.
• Assist with on-site inspections and quality improvement initiatives.
