Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and verify orders for therapeutic appropriateness, dosing, and safety.
• Provide patient-specific pharmacotherapy recommendations and drug information.
• Perform daily review of pharmacy reports and pharmacokinetic monitoring as applicable.
