Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in nutrition/dietetics or related field with required coursework and supervised practice per ACEND guidelines.
• Management Experience: 1-2 years
• Related Experience: 1-3 years
• Credentials: Eligibility for RD/RDN via CDR and registration within 120 days of hire
• Must meet state licensure/certification requirements at time of hire where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inpatient nutrition operations for a large account, system, or multiple contracts, overseeing both non-exempt and entry-level professional staff.
• Oversee regulatory compliance and ensure high levels of customer and client satisfaction by directing program execution.
• Manage budgets and drive quality improvement initiatives across departments.
• Stay current with nutrition research, trends, policies, and certifications to promote best practices.
• Support business growth through new service development and strategic initiatives.
