Job summary

TidalHealth is seeking an Inpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Technician in Salisbury, MD. Under supervision, you will perform patient care tasks, participate in a multidisciplinary team, and handle one-to-one patient interactions with careful documentation of behavior and observations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, current Maryland CNA, and CPR certification. Experience with behavioral health and with children/adolescents is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality.
• Must be self-directed and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Selected patient care activities and participation in the multidisciplinary team.
• One-to-one interactions with patients and documentation of observations and behavior.
• Work without direct supervision on areas of responsibility.
