Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and document data for care planning.
• Perform blood draws and collect specimens as needed.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide wound care and monitor skin integrity.
• Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Participate in hourly rounds and safety initiatives.
