Responsibilities

• Supervise the ICM Transition Planning team and coordinate day‑to‑day operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and optimal resource utilization.
• Lead productivity, quality outcomes, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Provide leadership during weekends on call and team mentoring.
