Job summary

Virtua Health's Cardiothoracic Surgery team seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our inpatient service. Work alongside experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeons in the operating room and hospital setting, delivering comprehensive perioperative care.

The role is inpatient-only with three 12-hour shifts per week, supporting perioperative and postoperative patient management. New Jersey licensure is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current or eligible for New Jersey licensure.
• Prior Cardiothoracic Surgery experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient-based role with operating room and hospital duties.
• Collaborate with Cardiothoracic Surgeons and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in perioperative and postoperative patient management.
