Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking a Registered Cardiac Sonographer for our Edgewood location, focusing on inpatient volumes. This full-time role (40 hours/week) is scheduled for the 1st shift, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will perform cardiac studies, record and report Echocardiography procedures, using advanced Doppler and color flow techniques while upholding compassion and professionalism with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular ultrasound degree program or qualifying experience per IAC guidelines.
• Active ARDMS or CCI registry; new graduates have 1 year to obtain registry.
• Advanced Doppler and color flow; ability to generate professional preliminary reports.
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

• Perform, record, and report Echocardiography studies to support treatment and diagnosis.
• Operate echocardiography equipment and ensure high-quality imaging.
• Demonstrate respect, dignity and empathy for patients, families and staff.
