Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant team. You will evaluate patients, manage complex oncology and transplant conditions, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver comprehensive care.

The role emphasizes bone marrow transplantation, cellular therapies, and close work with physicians, APPs, nurses, and pharmacists. Applicants with oncology/bmt experience are preferred, and weekend/holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in oncology and bone marrow transplant settings is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and care coordination skills.
• Ability to educate patients and families about complex treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients undergoing bone marrow transplantation and cellular therapies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and case managers.
• Perform and assist with procedures such as bone marrow biopsies and lumbar punctures.
• Educate patients and families and support them through treatment phases.
