Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Nursing or related behavioral health field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bio-psycho-social assessments and provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy to achieve patient treatment goals.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and stabilization services to patients as needed.
• Maintain accurate, high-quality clinical documentation and treatment plans in compliance with licensure and departmental standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external agencies to ensure seamless care coordination, referrals, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely reimbursement by managing utilization reviews, insurance authorizations, and accurate patient records.
• Uphold strict ethical standards, patient confidentiality, and cultural competence in all interactions with patients, families, and staff.
• Supervise students and mentor provisionally licensed staff to foster professional growth and ensure high standards of care.
• Identify opportunities for program development and actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes.
